Last night, dreamed that we were on our way to eat this:

Unfortunately, unavailable cuisine in Italy...but well worth the wait! I'll be having one of these babies on a return visit, hopefully fall 2007. Until then, order one in my memory! (Ben & my favorite, shredded pork)
