Cold Conditions Ahead

Can I just put in my two cents here about colder conditions: I am not thrilled about winter settling in. Last year we spent a GINORMOUS amount to heat our home, and I was freezing cold all winter (although last winter was supposedly very mild)! We're holding out until Nov. 1 to turn on the heat, so until then we've officially broken out the sweaters, scarfs and blankets!! (Really, I'm not complaining....just preparing myself!!)

p.s. can we say, "spoiled by too much heat and sunlight"!?
