Great Recipe
Fabulous, easy pasta dish, courtesy of my friend Becky. Enjoy!
Pink Sauce
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
2 T olive oil
1 T chopped garlic
salt and pepper
crushed chili flakes
6-8 fresh basil leaves, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
Take tomatoes out of the can, cut in half and remove seeds. Chop the tomatoes into smaller pieces and reserve the juice. In pan, add olive oil and garlic and saute for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and chili flakes and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little of the reserved juice. Add basil and finish with cream, cook until cream is heated through. Served with cooked pasta of your choice.

Peggy - do you ever see shoes called ROBERTO? I saw them in Croatia & they were so cheap. I didn't buy any but wish I had!
