Tres Leches Cake


This is the best cake...our families favorite. It originates in Latin America, most likely Mexico. It is a light and bubbly cake in consistency, soaked in 3 milks: sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Although soaked through, it is not soggy. I always top with fresh seasonal fruit. Today it will be served with peaches. Enjoy!

Yummmm.....This is my favorite...I am glad you are sharing a good recipe. I have a CAFE RIO tres leche in my fridge right now....maybe I will have to go take a few bites.
